LG Energy Solution JV with GM sells $2 billion in assets to US subsidiary

SEOUL (Reuters) - LG Energy Solution said on Tuesday that its joint venture with General Motors would sell $2 billion worth of assets to its U.S. unit.


The South Korean EV battery maker said in a regulatory filing that the assets were a factory and the land of the joint venture's battery making plant in Michigan.
